Frequently Asked Questions

Can I see the survey questions?

By registering for a new account, you will gain access to all 41 survey questions available on our site.

Will my answers be shared with my company's HR or supervisor?

No. Your responses are completely anonymous and will not be shared with HR or your supervisor. The company will analyze the survey results without knowing who submitted each response. Although we collect email addresses to prevent multiple submissions from the same person, this information is not shared with the company.

How is my personal information, such as my email address, handled?

We handle your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy of Almoha, the company that operates this service.

What is the AI Report? Is there a fee?

The AI Report analyzes your survey results and generates root-cause hypotheses and recommended actions for leadership and managers. The first report is free (one per company); after that, it costs ¥200 per respondent (excl. tax).

What payment methods are available?

We will send you an invoice by email. Please make a bank transfer by the due date. The invoice will be sent to the billing email address you provided.
